Description
Pork, dry pressed tofu, and green beans in our delicious stir-fry recipe. Quick and easy to make, it’s a nutritious meal that’s bursting with flavor!
Ingredients

- 1 lb (450g) pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 block (about 14 oz or 400g) dry pressed tofu, cut into cubes
- 1 lb (450g) fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch to make the sauce. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the cubed dry pressed tofu to the skillet and stir-fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Add the green beans to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Return the cooked pork to the skillet and pour the sauce over the mixture. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the pork, tofu, and green beans stir-fry hot over cooked rice.
