Ingredients

- 8 oz udon noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 cup sliced mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
- 8 oz sliced protein of choice (chicken, beef, tofu)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and protein, stir-fry until protein is cooked and vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan, then pour the sauce over the noodles and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
