Instructions

- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in buttermilk, food coloring, and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients.
- Stir in vinegar and pour batter into cupcake liners.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then cool completely before frosting.
