Description
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Prepare Filling: In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Assemble Egg Rolls: Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the pork filling onto the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Air Fry Egg Rolls: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching. Cook in batches if necessary. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the egg rolls are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Remove the egg rolls from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce.
