- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 cups mashed potatoes (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup corn kernels, cooked
- 1 cup chicken gravy (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Prep Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Air Fry Chicken: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the breaded chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
- Assemble Bowls: In serving bowls, layer mashed potatoes, cooked corn, and sliced chicken breasts. Pour gravy over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Air Fry Bowl: Place the assembled bowls in the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
