Chocolate Marble Asian Bread
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and add it to the flour mixture.
- Add warm milk and butter, then knead until smooth.
- Divide the dough in half, mix cocoa powder into one half.
- Roll out each dough portion, place the chocolate dough over the plain dough, and sprinkle chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into a log, place in a greased loaf pan, and let it rise.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
