  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Rub the Cajun spice mixture evenly over each thigh, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the hot skillet. Sear for 3-4 minutes or until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
