- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup cooked and cooled sweet potato
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup almond milk or any preferred milk
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the pumpkin puree, banana, sweet potato, applesauce, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and honey/maple syrup (if using).
- Pour in the almond milk and add ice cubes if desired for a colder texture.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top for garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the autumn flavors!
