4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

⅓ cup honey

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

Instructions

Toss chicken pieces with flour, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
