These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are loaded with cheesy beef, wrapped in golden biscuit dough, and brushed with buttery garlic-parmesan sauce. Perfect for parties, snacks, or easy weeknight dinners!
Ingredients
For the Filling:

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Optional: diced pickles or cooked bacon
For the Dough:

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)

1 tbsp melted butter (for sealing)
For the Garlic Parmesan Topping:

3 tbsp melted butter
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until browned (about 7–8 minutes). Drain excess fat.

Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in shredded cheddar and optional mix-ins like pickles or bacon. Let cool slightly.

Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round. Add 2 tablespoons of filling to the center.

Fold dough over filling and pinch the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Brush the tops with melted butter.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

While baking, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan, and parsley.

Brush garlic butter mixture over hot cheeseburger bombs right after baking.

Let cool 5 minutes and serve warm.
