For the Pie:

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 (3 oz) box lemon Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box grape Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box berry blue Jell-O
  • 3 cups boiling water (1 cup per Jell-O flavor)
  • 3 cups cold water (1 cup per Jell-O flavor)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping

For Decoration:

  • Whipped cream
  • Pastel sprinkles
  • Candy eggs

 


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lemon Layer: Dissolve the lemon Jell-O in boiling water, add cold water, then blend in softened cream cheese and whipped topping. Pour into the crust and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Make the Blue Layer: Repeat with berry blue Jell-O, gently pouring over the lemon layer before refrigerating.
  3. Add the Grape Layer: Follow the same process using grape Jell-O, then refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours.
