For the Pie:
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 (3 oz) box lemon Jell-O
- 1 (3 oz) box grape Jell-O
- 1 (3 oz) box berry blue Jell-O
- 3 cups boiling water (1 cup per Jell-O flavor)
- 3 cups cold water (1 cup per Jell-O flavor)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups whipped topping
For Decoration:
- Whipped cream
- Pastel sprinkles
- Candy eggs
Instructions
- Prepare the Lemon Layer: Dissolve the lemon Jell-O in boiling water, add cold water, then blend in softened cream cheese and whipped topping. Pour into the crust and chill for 30 minutes.
- Make the Blue Layer: Repeat with berry blue Jell-O, gently pouring over the lemon layer before refrigerating.
- Add the Grape Layer: Follow the same process using grape Jell-O, then refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours.
- Decorate and Serve: Finish with whipped cream, pastel sprinkles, and candy eggs before slicing.
