- 4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup lump crabmeat, cooked and shredded
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
- While the fries are baking, gently mix the cooked and shredded lump crabmeat with a pinch of Old Bay seasoning.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and transfer to a serving plate.
- Top the fries with the seasoned lump crabmeat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
