Ingredients
For the Beef and Broccoli:

1 lb flank or sirloin steak, thinly sliced against the grain

4 cups broccoli florets

For the Sauce:

Instructions

Slice the beef thinly against the grain and set aside.

Whisk the sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 1–2 minutes, then drain.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Sear the beef for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

Add garlic and ginger to the pan with remaining oil. Sauté for 30 seconds.

Return beef and broccoli to the pan. Pour in the sauce and stir well. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
