Ingredients

1 lb (450g) ground beef

8 slices cooked bacon, chopped

1 tbsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef (5β7 minutes). Drain fat.

Add diced onions, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook 3β4 more minutes.

Stir in chopped bacon and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.

Flatten biscuit dough into rounds.
