My name is Elsa, I am a stay-at-home mom. After a brief career as an accountant, I decided to devote my time to my family.

As a mother of two young children, I am always on the go. From getting the kids ready for school in the morning, volunteering in their schools, to all the after school activities and play dates, I am always trying to make the best out of my time. I want meals and snacks that are easy, simple, nutritious and healthy. I prefer recipes with few and easy to find ingredients and minimum amount of preparation.
